Manage Your GWMS User Center Profile

1. Scenario

The User Center is used to maintain the personal profile of the current login account and review the online device records of that account.

Applicable scenarios:

  • You need to update the nickname, phone number, email, or gender of the contact person.
  • You need to check the role, department, and creation date of the current account.
  • You need to remove an unexpected logged-in device and require it to verify again.

2. Instructions

2.1 Open the User Center

Menu path: GWMS-Top-right avatar-Personal Center

After opening Personal Center, the left side shows current account information. The right side provides the Basic Profile, Change Password, and Online Devices tabs.

2.2 Review profile information on the left panel

The left-side profile card shows:

  • Username
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Department
  • Role
  • Created Date

If this information is incorrect, first review editable fields in the Basic Profile tab. If the department or role needs to be changed, contact the warehouse administrator or implementation team.

2.3 Update basic profile details

In the Basic Profile tab, you can maintain:

  • Nickname
  • Phone Number
  • Email
  • Gender

After completing the fields, click Save. When the update succeeds, the system shows Modified successfully.

2.4 Review and remove online devices

In the Online Devices tab, you can review login records for the current account. The list shows:

  • Device Type
  • Host
  • Login Location
  • Operating System
  • Browser
  • Login Time

If you need a device to verify again before logging in, click the delete action on that row. The system prompts After deleting the device, login on that device requires verification again. After confirmation, the system shows Deleted successfully and refreshes the page.

3. Supplementary Notes

3.1 Validation rules for basic profile fields

  • Nickname is required.
  • Phone Number is required and must be an 11-digit mobile number.
  • Email is required and must use a valid email format.

3.2 What the Close button does

Whether you are in Basic Profile or Change Password, clicking Close closes the current page and does not save unsaved changes automatically.

4. FAQ

Q1: I updated my phone number and email in User Center. Why did my department and role not change?

A1: User Center only allows you to edit personal profile fields. Department and role are display-only on this page and cannot be changed directly by the customer account.

Q2: What happens after I delete an online device?

A2: The deleted device must complete verification again before it can log in. This does not delete the account itself and does not affect login status on other devices.
