View Business Quotations in GWMS

Updated: 2026-05-28

1. Use Case

The Business page is used to review the service businesses that the warehouse has already opened for your customer account. From one business record, you can continue to open the related Quotation List, review one quotation detail, or export one quotation record.

Use this page when you need to:

  • search for a specific business by name, customer, warehouse, or effective date
  • open the quotation records attached to one business
  • review one quotation detail before internal checking
  • export one quotation from the quotation list

If you already know you want one quotation sheet record directly, you can also go to Business Quotation Sheet.

2. Procedure

Prerequisites

Please confirm the following before you start:

  1. Your account can access GWMS - Quotation and Business - Business.

3. Notes

3.1 Difference between Business and Business Quotation Sheet

  • The Business page starts from the business relationship first, then opens related quotation records.
  • The Business Quotation Sheet page starts from quotation records themselves.
  • If you need to understand which quotations belong to one business, the Business page is the better entry.

3.2 When to open the quotation list first

Open the Quotation List dialog first when you need to:

  • check whether one business has a quotation linked to it
  • compare quotation records attached to the same business
  • decide which quotation to view or export next

3.3 Export path covered by the current screenshots

The current screenshots only cover exporting one quotation from the Quotation List dialog. They do not cover batch export, export from the business list itself, or export from inside the quotation detail dialog.

4. FAQ

Q1: Why does the Business list show no result after I search?

A1: Check whether the filters are too narrow, especially Name, Customer, Warehouse, or Effective Date. You can also clear the conditions and search again to confirm whether business records already exist for the current account.

Q2: Where do I open the quotation records linked to one business?

A2: In the Business list, click the icon in the Quotation column. GWMS then opens the Quotation List dialog for that business.

Q3: Is the export action in the Business list or in the Quotation List dialog?

A3: In the current screenshots, export is shown inside the Quotation List dialog, not directly in the Business list.
