View and Export My Inventory in GWMS

Updated: 2026-05-28

1. Scenario

My Inventory is the customer-side page used to review the current inventory result under the customer account. You can search by warehouse, SKU, batch, and listing date, then switch to SKU Perspective, Warehouse Perspective, or Batch Perspective depending on how you want to review the stock.

Use this page when you need to:

  • search inventory for one warehouse, SKU, or batch
  • review stock from different inventory perspectives
  • expand detailed rows, select a target inventory line, and export the current result

If you need alert rules, go to Inventory Alert. If you need to continue reviewing existing count tasks, go to My Inventory Count.

2. Operation Guide

Prerequisites

Please confirm the following before you start:

  1. Your account can open GWMS-Warehouse Operations-My Inventory.
  2. Inventory data already exists in the current customer scope.
  3. If you want to narrow the result quickly, prepare one useful condition such as Warehouse, SKU, Batch, or Listing Date.

  1. Sign in to GWMS.
  2. In the left navigation, expand Warehouse Operations.
  3. Click My Inventory.

SKU Perspective is the default view after the page opens. It is suitable when you want to start from SKU-level inventory and then continue into detailed inventory lines.

  1. Stay on SKU Perspective.
  2. Review the SKU summary result in the list.
  3. If you need lower-level detail, continue with Expand/Collapse or expand the grouped rows.

Use this when you need to pass the current inventory result to another internal user for checking.

  2. If you need one expanded detail line, select the target detail row.
  3. Click Export.

Click Export from the current inventory result

The current screenshot set covers the path where one detailed row in SKU Perspective is selected before Export is clicked.

3. Additional Notes

3.1 Difference between the three perspectives

  • SKU Perspective: Best when you want to start from product-level stock.
  • Warehouse Perspective: Best when you want to start from warehouse-level stock distribution.
  • Batch Perspective: Best when you want to start from batch and shelf-life review.

Choose the perspective first, then search and export within that view. This keeps the result aligned with the question you are trying to answer.

3.2 What Expand/Collapse and selection do

  • Expand/Collapse is used to open or close grouped detail rows more quickly.
  • The checkbox is used to select one specific inventory record for the next action.

Neither action changes inventory quantity. They only affect page display and row selection.

4. FAQ

Q1: Which perspective should I start with?

A1: Start with SKU Perspective when you already know the product. Start with Warehouse Perspective when warehouse distribution matters more. Start with Batch Perspective when batch and shelf-life review matters more.

Q2: Why do I need to expand rows before selecting one?

A2: In the current screenshots, the checkbox selection is shown on the expanded detailed line. Expanding first helps you locate the exact inventory record that you want to select.

Q3: Do I always need to select a row before export?

A3: The current screenshots only cover the path where a detailed row is selected first and Export is then clicked. This article documents only that confirmed path.
