1. Scenario

The home dashboard is the default business overview displayed after you sign in to GWMS. It summarizes inventory, outbound work, reminders, and the account balance within the current account's visible business scope.

Use the dashboard when you need to:

• Check for inventory to be received, outbound orders to be submitted, or pending shipments before starting daily work.
• Review inventory quantity, available quantity, SKU count, and occupied volume.
• See whether inventory is mainly healthy, slow-moving, or stagnant.
• Review inbound and outbound item counts for the past seven days.
• Check reminders and the current account balance.

1.1 Prerequisites

1. You have signed in with an account that has access to the operational portal.
2. The current account has permission to view Home and the related business menus.
3. To verify individual inventory records or orders, the account must also have access to the corresponding inventory, inbound, or outbound list.

2. Instructions

2.1 Open Home and refresh the data

Menu path: GWMS-Home

1. After you sign in, the system opens Home by default.
2. Review the six groups of statistics cards at the top and the four business sections below them.
3. To reload the home page information, click Refresh in the upper-right corner.

The following image shows the current dashboard sections:

Legend:

1. Refresh: reloads the dashboard cards, reminders, and charts.
2. Statistics cards: show inventory and outbound business quantities.
3. Smart Reminder: shows items that currently require attention.
4. Financial Overview: shows the account balance.
5. Inbound/Outbound Load for the Past Seven Days: shows inbound and outbound item counts for the most recent seven days.
6. Inventory Health: shows the item distribution by inventory age range.

2.2 Review the inventory and outbound cards

The cards at the top of Home appear in this order:

• Total Inventory: shows the total inventory quantity, plus the SKU count and volume (m³).
• Available Inventory: shows the inventory quantity currently available for subsequent operations, plus the SKU count and volume (m³).
• Inventory Pending Receipt: shows inventory still in the inbound stage, plus the SKU count and volume (m³).
• Pending Submission for Outbound: shows outbound work that has not been submitted, split into Dropshipping and Transit.
• Pending Shipment: shows outbound work still waiting to be shipped, split into Dropshipping and Transit.
• Shipped: shows today's shipped quantity, the Today vs Yesterday percentage, and the Dropshipping and Transit quantities.

Click Total Inventory or Available Inventory to open GWMS-Inventory Management-My Inventory and verify inventory details. Other cards may not provide navigation in every data state. If a card does not open another page, use the left menu to enter the corresponding business list.

2.3 Review Smart Reminder

Use Smart Reminder to review business items that currently require attention.

• When reminders exist, follow the displayed reminder type and open the corresponding business page.
• When no reminder exists, the page displays Well done! There are no reminders to handle at the moment.

2.4 Review Financial Overview

Financial Overview currently displays Account Balance. The currency is identified by the symbol shown on the page.

Home provides a quick balance check only. To verify bills, top-ups, or fee details, open the corresponding page under Fee Management.

2.5 Review Inventory Health

Inventory Health groups item counts by the age ranges displayed on the page:

• Healthy: 0–90 days.
• Slow-moving: 91–180 days.
• Stagnant: 181 days or more.

Both the legend and the pie chart display the count in each range. When the current account has no inventory that can be included, every range displays 0 items.

2.6 Review the seven-day inbound/outbound load

Inbound/Outbound Load for the Past Seven Days uses two lines:

• Blue: Number of inbound pieces.
• Green: Number of outbound pieces.

The horizontal axis shows dates, and the vertical axis shows item counts. A date without business data displays 0.

Result: after reviewing Home, you can identify the current inventory scale, outbound workload, reminders, balance, inventory health, and recent seven-day workload. Open the corresponding business list when you need to process work or verify details.

3. Supplementary Notes

3.1 Dashboard scope

Home displays data within the current account's visible business scope. The current page does not provide a warehouse filter. To review one warehouse only, open the corresponding inventory, inbound, or outbound list and apply the warehouse filter there.

3.2 Use Home as an overview

Clicking Refresh reloads the dashboard, but Home is intended for summaries and trends rather than individual record verification. If the dashboard temporarily differs from a business list after an inbound, outbound, or inventory adjustment, use the corresponding list and record details as the reference.

3.3 Check the metric and unit

Inventory cards show inventory quantity, SKU count, and volume (m³). These are different measures. Outbound cards split quantities into Dropshipping and Transit. Before comparing values, confirm that you are using the same metric and unit.

3.4 Follow the ranges displayed on the page

The current dashboard shows only Healthy (0–90 days), Slow-moving (91–180 days), and Stagnant (181+ days). It no longer shows a separate out-of-stock range. To verify the inventory condition of an individual SKU, open GWMS-Inventory Management-My Inventory.

4. FAQ

Q1: Why does every value on Home show 0?

A1: Confirm whether the current account already has inventory, inbound, or outbound activity, then click Refresh. If the corresponding business lists also contain no records, 0 is the current result. If the lists contain records but Home still shows 0, use the lists as the reference and ask your implementation contact to verify the account's data permissions.

Q2: Why are Total Inventory and Available Inventory different?

A2: Total Inventory shows all recorded inventory, while Available Inventory shows the portion currently available for subsequent operations. Reserved or unavailable inventory can make the values different. Click either card to open My Inventory, then verify the inventory status and reservations.

Q3: Why does a statistics card not open another page?

A3: Total Inventory and Available Inventory currently open My Inventory. If another card does not navigate, open the corresponding list from Inbound Management or Outbound Management instead of clicking the card repeatedly.

Q4: Is “There are no reminders to handle at the moment” an error?

A4: No. It means that no pending reminder is currently available. When reminders appear later, follow the displayed reminder type and open the corresponding business page.

Q5: Why does Inventory Health show only three categories?

A5: The current dashboard shows Healthy (0–90 days), Slow-moving (91–180 days), and Stagnant (181+ days). It no longer displays a separate out-of-stock category. To check whether a specific SKU is available or out of stock, open My Inventory.
