2.5 Use the navigation bar to open account-setting pages
If you need to manage settings for the current account itself, we recommend this order:
- Start with this article if you need to understand where buttons and entry points are located.
- Go to User Center when you need to review or update nickname, phone number, or email.
- Go to Change Password when you need to change the current login password.
3. Supplementary Notes
3.1 Division of responsibility between the top bar and the left-side menu
- The top navigation bar is better suited for global actions, such as switching timezone, switching language, viewing messages, opening Help Center, and entering Personal Center.
- The left-side menu is better suited for opening business pages, such as inbound, inventory, outbound, fee, and platform management.
- The avatar dropdown is better suited for current-account and page-layout settings.
- A personalized menu only changes the current user's menu display scope. It does not change the account's system permissions.
3.2 Menu visibility can change with permissions and scenarios
Different customer accounts may see different left-side menus, top quick-action buttons, and warehouse scopes.
If you find that:
- A menu visible to your colleague is missing from your own account.
- An entry point mentioned in the documentation cannot be found in your account.
- Some menus disappear after switching to a personalized menu scenario.
- A top-bar button is not displayed.
Switch back to 全部应用 first, then contact your implementation team or administrator to confirm the permission scope.
4. FAQ
Q1: Should I look for a function in the top navigation bar or in the left-side menu?
A1: For global actions, check the top navigation bar first, such as timezone switching, language switching, message viewing, Help Center, or Personal Center. For business functions, check the left-side menu first, such as inbound, inventory, outbound, fee, and platform management.
Q2: Why can't I see a certain left-side menu?
A2: Click 个性化菜单 - 全部应用 first to confirm that a custom scenario is not filtering the menu. If the menu is still missing after switching back to all applications, the current account usually does not have the corresponding permission. Contact your implementation team or administrator.
Q3: The left-side menu is long and hard to browse. What should I do?
A3: Go to 个性化菜单, click 自定义菜单, and create a daily-use scenario. After selecting that scenario, the left side only shows the menus selected for the scenario.
Q4: I no longer see the old Full Screen or Layout Size button in the top bar. Where should I adjust the page display?
A4: The current customer-side top bar no longer shows separate Full Screen or Layout Size buttons. To adjust page display, click the avatar in the upper-right corner and open Layout Setting.
