View and Export Business Quotation Sheets in GWMS

Updated: 2026-05-28

1. Use Case

The Business Quotation Sheet page is used to review quotation records that have already been issued by the warehouse. Customer users can search quotation sheets by quotation information, customer information, or status, open a quotation detail dialog, and export a single quotation sheet directly from the list.

Use this page when you need to:

  • Search quotation sheets for a specific customer or status.
  • Check the effective date, applicable warehouse, and charge details of one quotation sheet.
  • Export one quotation sheet for internal review or reconciliation.

If you need to start from an active business and then locate the related quotations, go to Business.

2. Procedure

Prerequisites

Please confirm the following before you start:

  1. Your account can access GWMS - Quotation and Business - Business Quotation Form.
  2. The warehouse has already issued at least one quotation sheet for the current customer account.
  3. If you want to find a specific quotation quickly, prepare conditions such as quotation name, customer information, or status.

3. Notes

3.1 Difference between Business and Business Quotation Sheet

  • The Business page starts from a customer business relationship and then shows related quotations.
  • The Business Quotation Sheet page starts from quotation records themselves.
  • If you already know you need one specific quotation record, the quotation sheet page is the faster entry.

3.2 When to open the detail dialog first

Open the detail dialog first when you need to:

  • confirm which business type the quotation belongs to
  • confirm which warehouse the quotation applies to
  • review charge items and actual charge details before exporting

3.3 Export path covered by the current screenshots

The current screenshots only cover exporting a single quotation sheet from the row action in the list. They do not cover batch export or export from inside the detail dialog, so this article only documents the path shown in the screenshots.

4. FAQ

Q1: Why does the list show no result after I search?

A1: Check whether the filters are too narrow, especially Short Name, Customer, or Status. You can also clear the conditions and search again to confirm whether quotation records already exist for the current account.

Q2: What can I review after clicking View?

A2: In the current screenshots, the detail dialog lets you review the quotation title, effective date, applicable warehouse, business tab, and charge table.

Q3: Does the export icon export the whole list or only one quotation sheet?

A3: The current screenshots show the export icon inside one row, so it corresponds to exporting that quotation sheet record instead of exporting the whole list page.
