Viewing My Stock Counts in GWMS

Last updated: 2026-04-13

1. Scenario

My Stock Counts is the page where customers view initiated count sheets, track count status, and verify count results.

After initiating a stock count, customers can centrally view the count sheet number, warehouse, total discrepancy, initiation time, operation time, and status here to confirm whether the count task is still in progress.

Applicable scenarios:

  • A count sheet has already been generated from Create Stock Count and you want to continue viewing its status.
  • You want to filter historical count tasks by warehouse, count sheet number, or status.
  • You want to verify the count details and discrepancy results for a specific count sheet.

3. Supplementary Notes

3.1 Difference Between the Two Page Areas

  • Count Sheets: For viewing summary information of the entire count sheet.
  • Count Details: For viewing which specific SKUs and count results are under this sheet.

3.2 What You Can Confirm in My Stock Counts

Filter count sheets -> View sheet status -> View count details

Notes:

  • This page is primarily for querying and following up on count results; it does not directly modify inventory.
  • If a count sheet still shows Counting, it means the count process has not yet concluded.
  • If the list is empty, first confirm whether a count has been initiated from GWMS-Inventory Operations-My Inventory.

3.3 Relationship with Other Inventory Pages

  • Create Stock Count: After initiating a count, the count sheet appears in the My Stock Counts list.
  • My Inventory: My Inventory is for viewing current inventory status; My Stock Counts is for viewing count tasks and results.
