Create Stock Transfer Orders in GWMS

1. Scenario

This guide applies when customers create outbound orders, submit outbound orders, or cancel outbound orders (intercept outbound orders) in GWMS-Outbound Management-Stock Transfer.

2. Steps

Prerequisites

Please confirm the following before you start:

• Your account can access GWMS-Outbound Management-Stock Transfer and click 【Add】.
• The shipping warehouse, business type, and SKU quantities are ready.

2.1 Open the creation page

Go to GWMS-Outbound Management-Stock Transfer and click 【Add】.

2.2 Fill in basic information

• Select the warehouse and business type.
• Enter recipient information. This is optional.
• Add SKUs.

2.3 Value-added services

• Select the required value-added services.
• Specify the quantity. For services such as palletizing, the quantity can be left blank and confirmed by the warehouse.
• Enter remarks.

2.4 Shipping channel

Stock Transfer has 2 special channels:

• Truck delivery: TRUCK_DELIVERY
• Not specified: NONE. The shipping channel can be decided later during packing.

2.5 Attachments and remarks

• Multiple attachments can be uploaded.
• Remarks can be entered.

2.6 Save

Click 【Save】 at the bottom of the page to save the order.

2.7 Submit to warehouse

After the order is saved, it is still in "Draft" status. Submit the order so the warehouse can start processing it.

2.8 Cancel order

If the order no longer needs to be shipped, cancel the submitted order by clicking the cancel button.

• Only orders that have not been waved can be canceled.
• After cancellation succeeds, the order returns to "Draft" status.
