View Business & Quotations

1. Operation Scenarios
Business & Quotations displays the services and formal quotations associated with your account. Use it to check warehouses, business types, effective dates and charge-item prices, or download a quotation for your records.
- Review current prices or a quotation with a future effective date.
- Check quotations associated with a specific service.
- Check whether a service is disabled and which quotation it currently uses.
For incurred charges, see Business Journal. For billing-period totals, see Accounts Receivable. A quotation describes charging rules rather than charges already incurred.
Some new menu, status and tab labels may still appear in Chinese when English is selected. The guide uses their English meanings; the screenshots retain the actual labels.

Legend: 1. Business & Quotations menu entry; 2. Quotation name opens charge details.
You may specify only one end of the date range: a start date includes that date and later dates; an end date includes that date and earlier dates. The list shows records for your account only and excludes drafts.
2.2 Review prices and export
- Click a quotation name to open read-only details.
- Review charge items by business type and check warehouses, effective date and prices.

- Close the details and select Export Excel on that quotation row to download it.
Viewing and exporting do not change the quotation. To change prices, add a quotation or disable/enable a service, contact the warehouse.

Legend: 1. Current business and warehouse; 2. Associated quotation, effective date, and view/export actions.
2.4 Configure filters and columns
- Open Filter Settings on the current tab, select the conditions you need and confirm.
- Open Header Column Settings to adjust the visible columns.
- Configure the other tab separately when needed.
Settings are saved independently for the two tabs. Check these settings if a filter or column is missing.
3. Additional Notes
3.1 Understand quotation status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Formal quotation whose date has not arrived; a historical quotation without a date may also appear here |
| Active | At least one associated service currently uses it for billing |
| Expired | The date has passed but no service currently uses it; historical pricing remains viewable |
| Approved / Declined / Archived | Confirmation or retention states; also check the quotation used by the service |
If a new quotation replaces only part of the service scope, the old one may remain Active. Check the business, warehouse and date rather than selecting a quotation based only on how recent its name looks.
3.2 Service status and fees
Disabled services are excluded from new-document selections. Existing documents, stock and charges are not canceled by disabling a service. Check service and quotation status separately; disabling does not stop storage charges.
The previous quotation-list entry is now Business & Quotations-Quotation. Business Journal remains the place to check incurred charges.
4. FAQ
Q1: Why can't I see a quotation the warehouse is preparing?
A1: Drafts are excluded. Clear the filters and search again. If it is still absent, ask the warehouse to confirm activation and whether the quotation belongs to your account.
Q2: Why are two quotations Active?
A2: Different services or warehouses may use different quotations. Open Business, check each Active Quotation, then review the charge items.
Q3: Does Export Excel download the whole list?
A3: No. The action on a quotation row downloads that quotation only.
Q4: Where can I see actual charges?
A4: Open GWMS-Billing & Fees-Business Journal for individual charges, Accounts Receivable for billing-period totals, and Account Transaction for balance changes.
