View Business Quotation Forms

1. Scenario

Business Quotation Form shows the quotations issued by the warehouse. You can search by quotation name, description, customer, or status, then review charge details or export one quotation.

Use this page to:

• Check the charge rules for a service.
• Review business type, applicable warehouse, and effective date.
• Export a quotation for finance or business review.

For actual charges, see Business Journal. For billing-period reconciliation, see Accounts Receivable.

2. Instructions

Prerequisites

1. Your account can open GWMS-Fee Management-Business Quotation Form.
2. The warehouse has issued at least one quotation.
3. Prepare a quotation name, customer, or status when you need a targeted search.

2.1 Search quotation forms

Menu path: GWMS-Fee Management-Business Quotation Form

1. Expand Fee Management.
2. Click Business Quotation Form.
3. Enter Quotation Name or Description.
4. Select Status, then click Search. Click Reset to clear the filters.

2.2 Review quotation details

When records are available:

1. Find the target quotation.
2. Click the view icon in Operation.
3. Check Effective Date, Applicable Warehouse, and business type.
4. Review the business description and charge table.

Figure legend:

1. Status: confirms whether the quotation is effective.
2. Action: opens quotation details or exports the quotation.

The charge table provides two views:

• Full Mode: shows each range, base price, unit, and remark.
• Simple Mode: summarizes base public fee, discount, net amount, public surcharge, and actual fee.

2.3 Export one quotation

1. Find the target quotation in the list.
2. Click the export icon in Operation.
3. When the page displays Export Excel, confirm the export.

Result: the quotation has been reviewed or exported and can be compared with the Business Journal.

3. Notes

3.1 Quotation, journal, and bill

• Business Quotation Form: shows the agreed charge rules.
• Business Journal: shows actual charges and refunds generated by operations.
• Accounts Receivable: summarizes billed journal entries by billing period.

3.2 Check the current status

Use Status to confirm whether a quotation is effective. Do not identify the active quotation only by its name.

4. FAQ

Q1: Why are no quotations shown?

A1: Clear the filters and search again. If the list remains empty, confirm that the warehouse has issued a quotation to your account.

Q2: Where can I check the amount actually charged?

A2: A quotation shows charge rules. Open GWMS-Fee Management-Business Journal for actual charges.

Q3: Do Full Mode and Simple Mode change the charge result?

A3: No. They show the same rules at different levels of detail.

Q4: Does the export icon export the whole page?

A4: The current export icon is in one row's Operation column and exports that quotation.
