Configure Printer

1. Printer Installation

1.1 Connect the printer to power and make sure it is turned on. Connect the printer to the computer by USB.

1.2 Install the printer driver. Download and install the driver from the printer manufacturer's official website.

2. Paper Configuration

2.1 Click the Windows Start menu.

2.2 Select your printer.

2.3 Add paper.

After these steps, the printer is basically configured.

3. Print from GWMS Through the Browser

Common GWMS printing tasks use browser printing, such as:

  • SKU label printing
  • Inbound carton label printing
  • Outbound return shipping label printing

4. Print from GWMS Through the Client (Secondary Sorting)

For the outbound secondary sorting module, GWMS uses the GWMS Printer Client. This client is a separate plugin and must be installed separately.

4.1 Download the GWMS Printer Client.

4.2 Extract and run it.

4.3 Install the certificate.

Click to install the certificate.

Click "Run".

When you see "The command completed successfully", the certificate has been installed successfully.

4.4 Configure the printer for GWMS secondary sorting.

Click to select the printer.

Select the printer and click OK.

After configuration is complete, when an order is sorted in Secondary Sorting and the slot turns green, GWMS automatically prints the shipping label. The browser print window will not pop up.
