Add Warehouse SKU Attributes in GWMS

Updated: 2026-04-13

1. Scenario

Warehouse SKU attributes link a SKU to a specific warehouse and add warehouse-level attributes for that SKU. The current page mainly maintains whether the SKU is non-standard in the selected warehouse.

Use this guide when a SKU is already available and the warehouse needs to add warehouse-specific handling attributes.

2. Operation Guide

Prerequisites

Confirm the following before starting:

  1. Your account can access GWMS-Product Management-Warehouse SKU Attributes.
  2. The page shows the 【Add】 button.
  3. The target SKU is available. The Add dialog only lists available SKUs.
  4. The target warehouse has been created and can be selected in the warehouse dropdown.

2.1 Open Warehouse SKU Attributes

Menu path: GWMS-Product Management-Warehouse SKU Attributes

  1. Open GWMS-Product Management-Warehouse SKU Attributes.
  2. Use filters such as 【SKU Code】, 【Warehouse Code】, and 【Non-standard】 when needed.

3. Notes

3.1 What this page maintains

This page maintains warehouse-level SKU attributes, currently including:

  • SKU code
  • Warehouse code
  • Whether the SKU is non-standard

It is not used for maintaining full SKU master data.

3.2 Which SKUs can be selected

The Add dialog lists available SKUs. If the target SKU is missing, first check whether the SKU is in Enabled status, whether Product Review is enabled in the customer profile, and whether your account can access the customer or SKU. If Product Review is not enabled, newly created SKUs default to Enabled status.

3.3 No direct edit action

The visible page actions are 【Add】, 【Delete】, and 【Export】. If a saved configuration needs to change, delete the wrong record and add a correct one.

4. FAQ

Q1: Why can't I find the SKU in the Add dialog?

A1: Check whether the SKU is in Enabled status. The Add dialog only lists available SKUs. If Product Review is enabled for the customer and the SKU is still Pending, process it first by following SKU Review.

Q2: What should I check if the new record is not visible after saving?

A2: First check whether GWMS showed 【Operation successful】. Then search again by SKU code or warehouse code.

Q3: What should I do if the configuration is wrong?

A3: Delete the wrong record on GWMS-Product Management-Warehouse SKU Attributes, then add a new record with the correct SKU, warehouse, and non-standard value.
