Print Inbound Operation Documents in GWMS
1. Scenario
After an inbound forecast is approved, warehouse users can print several documents for on-site work:
- 【Print Carton Label】: generate labels for outer cartons. These labels support later scanning by inbound order number or carton label number.
- 【Print SKU Label】: generate product-level SKU labels for products without usable barcodes, relabeling, or warehouse internal identification.
- 【Print Put Away List】: generate a putaway task sheet for by-box or by-SKU putaway.
- 【Print receiving order】: generate an inbound receiving order PDF for record keeping or on-site checking.
This guide is for warehouse users printing documents from the inbound forecast list. Whether customers need box labels or SKU labels depends on the warehouse operation rule and customer service agreement.
