Q1: Why can I see the service guide page but cannot change the data?
A1: Your account may only have permission to view the guide. If clicking a service item does not open Edit Node, ask the administrator to check your quotation and business permissions.
Q2: What should I do if I changed the wrong price?
A2: Open the same business tab again, click the same service item, correct the value in Edit Node, and click Save. Then review the affected quotation records if they already referenced the old value.
Q3: Can I use this page to make a customer quotation effective?
A3: No. This page is for maintaining the standard service guide. Use the quotation workflow when you need to issue, approve, or activate a quotation for a customer.
