Stock Transfer Packing
1. Scenario
This guide applies when warehouse users perform packing in GWMS-Outbound Management-Stock Transfer Packing.
2. Steps
Prerequisites
Please confirm the following before you start:
- Your account can access
GWMS-Outbound Management-Stock Transfer Packing. - The boxes or pallets for packing are ready.
2.1 Page entry
Go to GWMS-Outbound Management-Stock Transfer Packing.
2.2 Get order information
- Select the warehouse.
- Scan the wave number or order number.
2.3 Pack
- Scan the box barcode to add a box.
- Scan the SKU to add the SKU to the box.
2.4 Edit box
- Click "Edit Box".
- The dimensions and weight of each box can be modified.
- Select the recipient address, such as the destination FBA warehouse.
- To add a new address, click "Add Address".
2.5 Value-added services
Value-added services can be edited, including adding, modifying, and deleting services.
Add a value-added service.
Modify the value-added service quantity.
2.6 Customer service messages
Stock Transfer may require multiple rounds of communication with the customer. Messages can be added under Customer Service Messages, and customers can view them in the order list and order details.
- Switch to the "Customer Service Messages" list.
- Add a customer service message.
2.7 Action buttons
Export Excel: exports packing information and value-added services.Import Excel: modifies box dimensions and weight.Save Temporarily: saves the current packing progress.Packing Completed: changes the order packing status to "Packing Completed". Customers can view or export packing information on the order details page.Order Completed: changes the order outbound status to "Shipped".
2.8 Stock Transfer details page from the customer view
- Displays packing information and supports Excel export.
- Displays customer service messages. Customers can add messages and download attachments.
