Review Return AI Call Costs
Updated: August 11, 2026
1. When to use this page
Use AI Call Cost to audit AI calls made during return workflows. Review the business scenario, model, usage, cost, duration, and result, or export filtered records. This page is for inquiry and analysis; it does not start or retry a call.
2. Instructions
Prerequisites
- Your account has the
GWMS-Return Management-AI Call Costmenu. - You know the customer, return-order reference, or call time range to investigate.
2.1 Search call records
- Expand ① Return Management and click AI Call Cost.
- In ②, filter by business scenario, customer ID, business reference, provider, model, status, or call time, then click Search.
- In ③, review input, output, and total usage, as well as input, output, and total cost, currency, and elapsed time.
- Click ④ Export for the current filters, or click ⑤ Details to inspect the request, response, and any error.
The image shows: ① menu; ② filters; ③ usage and cost; ④ export; ⑤ details.
2.2 Review call details
- Click Details on the target record.
- In ①, verify the scenario, status, customer, and business reference.
- In ②, check provider, model, input/output usage, and costs.
- In ③, review the result, prompt, and response. Failed calls also show an error message.
- Scroll down to check call time and elapsed time, then compare the reference with the return order or activity history.
3. Notes
Common scenarios include return-operation charge assessment, return remark action analysis, customer-instruction completion assessment, warehouse-reply review assistance, and multilingual return-text translation.
- Success means a response was returned. It does not mean the return business process is complete.
- A Failed record can be inspected here but not retried. Use the reference to check whether manual action is required in Return Order, Pending Review, or Pending Charge.
- Total cost combines input and output cost. Usage measures text processing, not the number of returned items.
- Export follows the current filters. Handle exported prompts, responses, and customer information under your internal data-access rules.
4. FAQ
Q1: Why is an order still pending review after a successful AI call?
A1: A successful call only provides an assistance result. A reviewer and the warehouse workflow may still need to complete the decision and physical operation.
Q2: Can I retry a failed call from this page?
A2: No. Review the error and business reference, then return to the relevant order or workflow. If a retry is needed, trigger it from the applicable business action.
Q3: Why do similar usage values have different costs?
A3: Cost depends on the provider, model, and applicable pricing. Two calls with similar usage can have different costs when their models or pricing differ.
Q4: Why does Export omit some records?
A4: Export uses the active scenario, customer, status, and time filters. Click Reset before export when you need an unfiltered result.
